Neoland is excited to announce its official GeoguessR team tournament. This tournament has been organized for the Neoland community & everyone (other communities/projects/guilds/DAOs) involved in the Neoland ecosystem.

What is GeoguessR ?
GeoguessR is a geographical browser game in which players guess locations from street view imagery. The goal is to be as close as possible to the location: players may interpret their location from hints left on the screen.

How does this tournament work?
The tournament will be divided into 4 stages: Qualification 1 (24th May), Qualification 2 (31st May), Qualification 3 (7th June) & the Final (14th June).
A Qualification quiz lasts 15 rounds.
Players earn points at the end of each round. The closer the player is to the exact location, the more points are earned.
In order to avoid any form of cheating, players will not be able to walk around and will only be able to use the clues present on their screen to find their location. However, zooming is allowed.
The tournament is only open to teams with a minimum of 3 people & maximum of 6 people. A special channel has been created to help members to set up a team. It is highly recommended to set a multi-sig address for the event if you don’t know well your teammates. You can create one here.
Each team will have a dedicated private vocal room. Only one member can guess, others can help to determine the location.
To participate in the tournament, each team has to fill in the participation form with: a team name, a team logo, Discord IDs of the all team, and one Solana non-custodial address.
At the end of each qualification quiz, the 5 best teams are automatically qualified for the final that will take place on June, 14th. A qualified team cannot enter into another Qualification Quiz. However, a team that fails to qualify for the final can register for the next qualification quiz. There is no limit to the number of participating teams in each quiz.
The Final is the last quiz that gathers the 5 best teams from each qualification quiz. 15 teams will compete in a final battle: the 5 best teams will share a basket of prizes: Neoland France/Canada Landpasses & Solana token $SOL.
