Fellow Landowners,

Welcome to the Bureau of Neoland management (BNM) — we are so glad to have you here! The BNM construction project is now complete. The Neoland employees have left the site — they deserve a good rest.

All Landowners in Neoland are invited to visit the office and assign a permit to their Lands (1 Land = 1 Permit). These permits allow landowners to leverage their Lands to start generating the very first token rewards: $NLAND & $NCOIN deposited directly in their Neobank savings accounts.

🗒️Note: Every Land in Neoland can get a permit, except those listed on Marketplaces like Fractal, Magic Eden, Opensea, etc). These Lands must be delisted to receive a permit. Landpasses are not eligible, you have to claim a Land in France to get a permit.

⚠️The BNM office will only be open for 7 days. Once the date has passed, it will no longer be possible to obtain a permit until the next cycle.

The BNM will be open at the following times:

BNM opens: Wednesday, October 12th at 12 am CEST
BNM closes: Wednesday, October 19th at 11:59:59 am CEST
BNM rewards start: Wednesday, October 19th at 12 am CEST

1. The Rewards - $NLAND & $NCOIN

Landowners will collect two different rewards in their Neobank savings account: the $NLAND token and the $NCOIN token.

🗒️Note: For the time being, rewards collected in your Neobank savings account from permits will remain off-chain and cannot be transferred. While the $NCOIN token will remain off-chain, the $NLAND token will be on-chain at its official release. Upon release, Landowners may withdraw and convert off-chain $NLAND into on-chain $NLAND.

🪙$NLAND: the $NLAND utility token is an on-chain currency with a limited supply that unlocks access to premium content and features in the Neoland game.

🪙$NCOIN: the $NCOIN utility token is an off-chain currency with an unlimited supply that fuels Neoland gameplay.

The reward amounts depend on the permit selected. There are two permits: the Classic permit and the Premium permit.

2. The Classic permit v.s The Premium permit

Landowners can get one permit per Land & choose between two permits: the Classic permit or the Premium permit. Both permits are free but have different conditions and rewards:

⭐THE CLASSIC PERMIT⭐
- $NLAND minimum Rewards per week: 0.035 $NLAND
- $NCOIN minimum Rewards per week: 2.1 $NCOIN
- Variables: the Land popularity & the community boost (minimum rewards are multiplied by variables)
- Permit Period: 60-days (The Land cannot be transferred during this period but you remain the owner)

🗒️Note: It will be possible to extend the classic permit at the end of its validity period.

⭐⭐⭐THE PREMIUM PERMIT⭐⭐⭐
- $NLAND minimum Rewards per week: 0.105 $NLAND
-$NCOIN minimum Rewards per week: 6.3 $NCOIN
-Variables: the Land popularity & the community boost (minimum rewards are multiplied by variables)
- Permit Period: 180-days (The Land cannot be transferred during this period but you remain the owner)

🗒️Note: Assigning a permit (classic or premium) does not affect the ownership of the Land and will not impact access to the game’s first features.

3. The Reward Formula

To provide transparency and make your permit selection easier, the BNM has published the rewards formula.

Land Rewards = common base reward ($NLAND/$NCOIN) x permit chosen (classic: x1 /premium: x3) x (1+ (Land popularity/100)) x (1+ (community boost/100))

with:
- $NLAND common base reward per week = 0.035
- $NCOIN common base reward per week = 2.1
- classic permit coef. = 1
- premium permit coef. = 3
- Land popularity = land popularity score of a Land (0%-100%)
- community boost = total permits assigned/total permits available (0%-100%)

e.g. I want to assign a classic permit to my Land whose current popularity score is 34%. The community boost is currently 42%.

Variables are:
- $NLAND common base reward per week = 0.035
- $NCOIN common base reward per week = 2.1
- Classic permit coef. = 1
- Land popularity = 34%
- Community boost = 42%
